Bug reports, feature ideas, converter coverage requests, or partnership inquiries — all welcome. TypeSetu is a small project, so we keep contact simple: one email address, no forms, no chatbot.
What to include
The more specific your email is, the faster we can help.
- Conversion bugs: paste the input text that went wrong, the output you got, and the output you expected. Note which tool page you used.
- Feature ideas: a one-line description of what you want and roughly who it helps. Rough is fine — we'll ask questions if needed.
- Font requests: tell us which legacy Hindi font isn't covered yet and what workflow needs it.
- Partnerships / press / ads: a short intro and what you're proposing.
What we don't do by email
- We don't offer paid conversion services or bulk file-processing pipelines.
- We can't recover text from a device we've never seen — all our tools run in your browser and store nothing on our side. If a conversion went wrong, we need the input text to reproduce it.
- We don't send marketing emails. If you write to us, we reply to your question and that's it.
Response time
We usually reply within two business days. If you don't hear back within a week, your email may have been caught by a spam filter — try again from a different address, or check your own spam folder for our reply.
